On pages 2–5, the packet lists annual driving-range ($340), men’s golf association ($180), and Mill River ($250) charges under “Additional Fees” for Business Golf, Full Golf, Non-Refundable Full Golf, and Junior Golf, along with a $180 quarterly food-and-beverage minimum.
