York confirmed its membership waitlist on September 9, 2026 and is offering new applicants only Social-Pending Active Golf while they wait. The required $3,000 deposit is non-refundable and credited toward the $6,000 Standard Golf initiation. Waitlist dues are $140 plus tax per month and do not change when a spouse or children are added. The club expects normal attrition over the next couple of months but did not give a wait-time estimate or guarantee an opening.
While waiting, Social-Pending Active Golf allows up to 10 rounds or tee times from April 15 through September 15 and unlimited golf September 16 through April 14, but the member pays the prevailing guest fee for every round. The tier has 48-hour tee-time booking, clubhouse and social-event access, unlimited putting-green and short-game access, and restricted driving-range hours. After activation, Full and Associate Golf include seven-day unlimited golf, practice facilities, one club-storage set, seven-day booking, tournaments, and social events. The Junior section separately says that weekend and holiday golf is available after 12:00 and that 'Weekend rounds are limited to 2 hours after the 1st tee opens.'
