Matthew Heaggans named Preston’s for his grandfather. What began as pop-ups and a food truck became a compact burger shop serving smashburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, shakes, and pudding. The kitchen sources its meat locally and makes its sauces from scratch.
Preston’s currently operates in Clintonville and at The Little Grand Market. The market lists Heaggans as the chef leading the restaurant.
