Waitlist reported
All golf-inclusive memberships were waitlisted on September 9, 2026. The club described the list as new with only a handful of people and said anyone joining it during 2026 was assured active access before year-end. Waitlist applicants owe a 25% non-refundable initiation deposit plus a $495 annual fee, and membership-category priority precedes time on the list. Declining the offered activation forfeits the deposit and removes the applicant from the list. The $495 fee provides practice access, member-priced dining and events, and two restricted, family-guest-rate rounds per calendar year; it is separate from active dues and required active-member fees.
Active golf memberships require a $60 monthly capital improvement fee in addition to dues and a $395 annual golf service fee covering bag storage, range, online tee times, handicapping, and live scoring. Standard locker access adds $120 annually. Cart fees apply at $30 for 18 holes or $16 for nine holes. Golf memberships have no food-and-beverage minimum. Individual golf memberships include the primary member, spouse, and full-time dependent-student children age 23 and younger. The club offers a conditional 25% initiation-fee discount with a 24-month dues-paying commitment; the undiscounted rates remain the headline. A 25% non-refundable deposit of the current initiation fee secures a waitlist position and locks that rate; after activation, the remaining initiation balance is billed in five equal monthly installments unless the general manager approves other terms. The separate Social & Dining plan has no $60 capital or $395 golf-service fee stated, but it does have a $300 quarterly food-and-beverage minimum.
